"The new billing system failed to bill for an entire month, and then I get double billed two months later. I discussed with the office a month ago and addressed these issues, and since the issue was in their end they agreed to wave to $25 fee. Now I received a bill for this month with $50 fees on it. The account is set to autopay, which is apparently dangerous with this agent because I haven't been billed correctly since May and it's now the end of September. Despite taking time last month to address the issues, Im having to do so again. It's like this agent is hoping I'll just pay the fees instead of wasting more time fixing the issues the change to the new billing system created. I cannot possible recommend an agent that doesn't do what we previously discussed and agreed, and they have made it as difficult as possible to fix the issues it seems out of spite. Customer service at corporate is also effectively useless in handling any issues. I'm not sure what has changed, as I have been with this agent for a long time, but if he's treating his previous customers like this, save yourself the headache and time and choose someone else."

"I recently had an unfortunate accident and totaled my car. Due to my age, regardless of a clean record for many years, my insurance doubled. I am on a fixed income. This severely impacted my budget. I called around to numerous insurance carries, and I felt like I was being discriminated due to my age. I called State Farm and Mr. Jaime Cachua did all that he could to help secure me a lower rate. He also treated me with much respect ensuring that I knew all my options. He even increased coverage for my home, which I didn’t know I could do prior. This helped remove some of the strain from my budget and allowed me to me worry less. I highly recommend Mr. Cachua, he will absolutely have your best interest at heart and go above and beyond for you."
